In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a flag made by Rehman Custom Flags, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of flag and state the reason for the return. Authorization must be made before the return is made.
Refunds will not be issued if care has not been taken to prevent damage by tearing on gutters, shingles, birds, etc, or damage caused by inclement weather and Mother Nature.

You can feel assured you will be satisfied with the workmanship. I only use the finest available flag fabric that has been fade-resistant treated by the manufacturer. Some fading will naturally occur due to weather elements, of which Rehman Custom Flags cannot be held responsible.

STOCK FLAGS
Purchase price will be refunded in full provided it is still in the same resalable condition as when sent, less shipping and handling charges. If defective, repair or replacement will be at the discretion of Rehman Custom Flags after inspection of returned flag.
Purchaser will pay for return shipping.

CUSTOM FLAGS
In the flagmaking industry, Custom flags are not returnable, as they are made to specific instructions from the customer, and cannot be resold.
If an error has occurred in the making of the flag as to specifications such as size, mis-spelling of name or date, all attempts will be made to correct the error.

For incorrect information provided by the customer, a charge for corrections may be assessed at an hourly rate. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information for spelling of Personalizations.
If an error has been made and it is the fault of Rehman Custom Flags, we will pay for return mailing costs.

CANCELLATIONS
In the case of Custom made flags, it is necessary for the cancellation to be made before any work is begun on the flag.
If the cancellation is made after work begins, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred associated in the construction of the flag.
If a cancellation is requested after payment has been made, the refund, less any necessary costs, will be given through the medium by which the customer paid. This means if the customer paid by check, a check will be issued to the customer. If payment was made by credit card through PayPal, the refund will be issued through the same PayPal account.

Shipping is through USPS with tracking at no extra charge to the customer if package is sent using Priority Mail. If proper e-mail address is provided, customer will receive an e-mail stating that the order was shipped and the tracking number.
Once the merchandise leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered mail. Insurance is available at USPS rates upon request.

There is a $20 returned check fee for all NSF checks. Unfortunately some checks do "bounce" and the customer will be liable for reimbursement of their order, plus the mentioned fee to cover the fee charged to me by the bank.

If the Privacy Policy changes at some time in the future, the changes will be posted on this website to notify you of these changes. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back to the website periodically.
